How do I cancel my trial account?

If you do not upgrade to a paid account after 30 days, your trial account will be automatically terminated and all data will be removed from our servers.

If you would like your trial account to be terminated sooner, please send us a ticket, we will terminate your trial account and all data will immediately be removed from our servers.

If you have not done it already, you should remove any backup agents you installed onto your devices.
